WHAT IS PEARL SNAP CANNING COMPANY?

Our fruits and veggies are hand picked at the peak of ripeness. Our produce is hand selected and hand cut and lovingly transformed into salsas, relishes, pickles and jellies. We do not use chemicals or industrial preservatives, dyes or flavors. All of our ingredients are fresh from the garden. We Offer: (3) Hot Salsas: Red Rain, Pepper X and a new salsa in development that promises to redefine “WORLD RECORD HOT”; Green Tomato Relish; and Pepper Jellies: Jalapeno, Habenero, Habanapple, and Ghost Pepper. We label our products with tags attached to the jars. We hope that our customers will re-purpose the containers. Our one piece lids are also reusable (however, you cannot reuse for canning purposes).

 

WHERE WE ARE LOCATED?

Our farm land is located in Coweta, Oklahoma and is made up of rich pasture land. The soil in Coweta we farm is consistent with the Northeast Oklahoma Region and is comprised of sandy loam which produces strong healthy plants.

 

WHEN DO WE GROW?

We farm in the spring, summer and fall. Our growing season is limited and subject to Oklahoma’s unpredictable weather. We make as much product as the growing season and weather allow. Our products are offered on a first come first served basis, and sales are based on availability.

 

WHY CHOOSE PEARL SNAP CANNING CO.?

The Pearl Snap Canning Company journey started by developing recipes for our very hot one of a kind salsas. We noticed that there wasn’t much of a variety of truly hot salsas in the market place. We started growing the traditional hot peppers: Jalapeno, Cayenne (long thick and short thin), Habaneros, Caribbean Reds (Scotch Bonnets). Our salsas cried for more heat, so we added the Bhut Jolokia (ghost pepper), Dorset Naga, Butch T Scorpion and the Moruga Scorpion peppers. We created a recipe that uses a combination of 10 peppers, from the zesty Jalapeno to the fiery Moruga… and “Red Rain Salsa” was born… and on the heels of Red Rain, we created an extremely hot salsa that we call “Pepper X”. Pearl Snap Canning Company has developed a third hot salsa in our product line, called ATOMIC-12, which promises to be "off the charts hot" and the "World's Hottest Natural Salsa" (2013).
