Pearl Snap Canning Company is dedicated to the sharing of old fashioned and time tested family recipes of amazing salsas, relishes, pickles and jellies with the world. There is nothing that compares with the taste of farm fresh produce. We capture the flavors, color and texture of our produce and present them in delicious offerings.

Pearl Snap Canning Company is a family owned farm. For three generations, our family has grown, canned, dried and /or frozen just about any kind of food you can imagine. Tomatoes, peppers, green beans, potatoes, squash, cucumbers, zucchini, eggplant, carrots, okra, corn… have been harvested from our family garden. The recipes we use vary from Grandma’s secret Green Tomato Relish and Jelly recipes, to the newly created concoctions that have become our signature Hot Salsa Products.
